What does chiquititos mean and how did you decide on that as your blog name?
Chiquititos means little ones in Spanish. Growing up with Spanish as the main language in our household, it was a word that I heard a lot and often. I wanted a name that had meaning to me and represented a bit of my culture... it also helps that it's just such a fun word to say!

What exactly did you study in College?
I had the pleasure of attending Florida State University (go Noles!!!) where I studied fashion apparel and design. I also dabbled in merchandising, textiles, and Italian.

Where has your career taken you?
It's been a long and eventful road so far. I started in NYC working corporately in mass production, both in private label and supplier companies. After getting hitched, I moved to London where I dabbled in free lance working with smaller independent companies as well as corporate level. I also branched out into social media and blogging. I am currently in L.A. where I have transitioned away from kidswear and into denim, but am keeping my love for it alive via this little blog.

What kind of camera do you use?
I flip back and forth between a Canon EOS 7D with a Canon EF28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Standard Zoom Lens (whatever all that means!), a Canon Power Shot SD790 IS, and an iPhone 5C.

Who takes all of your pictures?
Either myself or my wonderful hubs take all of the pictures seen on chi.qui.ti.tos unless otherwise stated and I always try to link back to the original source. Most of the brand images are also provided by the brands themselves.

How do you edit your pictures?
For my Canon shots I use Adobe Photoshop CS4 (an oldie but a goodie) like no one's business! The possibilities are endless on there and I'm always learning more from hubs. For my iPhone shots, VSCO is my go to since it's basically like having Photoshop on your phone.
